Features:
Designed to connect to a chicken shed through a rod conveyor and pack eggs into a 5*6 egg tray automatically.
Includes an accumulator, head turning, ramp tray loading, automatic packing all in one machine.
The eggs from the rod conveyor flow into the accumulator directly, the slope of the accumulator can be adjusted according the height of the rod conveyor.
Head turning makes sure the eggs are perfectly orientated with the bigger head (air chamber) on top for longer storage before getting packed.
Can be operated by one person , given that they can load empty trays and collect the loaded egg trays.
Pack eggs into 5*6 tray automatically with a capacity of 10,000 eggs/hour.
The accumulator can be on the left or on the right hand side, depending on what is the most convienient for the customer.
It has a counting function as well, you can check how many eggs have been packed.
