This model of egg grader features a color touchscreen and PLC controlsystem with a self-diagnosis function.
You can check for any leaking, dirty or cracked eggs through the LED candler, and manually take them out. It includes a candling cover and a mirror for better candling results.
Head turning makes sure the eggs are orientated with the bigger head (air chamber) on top for longer storage before getting packed.
Eggs are weighed electronically and graded into 4~5 grades with an accuracy of within ±1g.
It has a counting function as well, you can check how many eggs of each grade and total output per shift have been processed.
Can be operated by as little as 2 people, where one person loads the eggs on the accumulator and does the candling, while the other person loads empty trays and collect the loaded egg trays.
The automatic egg packer supports both 12 and 30 egg cartons/trays.
The manual packing lane can be split into two sections to accommodate two egg sizes if needed.
Can connect with the ZENYER 201A egg washer to set up the Zenyer 301AP egg processing line with a capacity of 5,000 eggs/hour.
