Constructed from high quality stainless steel for great durability and hygiene.
Equipped with colour touchscreen PLC control and self-diagnose system and can sort eggs into 5 grades with an accuracy of within ±1 gram.
Including accumulator & candling head turning, grading & counting, auto packer and manual packing lane, and optional 602 vacuum egg lifter and 401H egg printer with a capacity of 10,000 eggs/hour.
It has a self-diagnosis system, whichdiagnose the malfunctions that may have.
Head turning makes sure the eggs are orientated with the bigger head (air chamber) on top for longer storage before getting packed.
Each auto-packer includes an empty tray transfer conveyor,a drop-set unit and egg tray collection conveyor. Empty trays need to be manually placed in the empty tray conveyor, allowing the conveyor to send the empty trays to where the eggs will drop from. The drop-set unit supports the 10, 12, 15, 18, 30 egg cartons/trays for each fill, and then the egg tray collection conveyor takes the loaded trays/cartons to the end, you can pack the egg trays/cartons in the box from there.
Each size can be attached with an auto packer, it can be also connected to a manual packing lane.
The manual packing lane can be split into two sections to accommodate two egg sizes if needed.
Ideally, connect the machine with the rod conveyor from chicken shed if you could, eggs from the rod conveyor will flow to the machine directly.
