Features:

  • Made of great quality stainless steel for great durability, corrosion resistance and hygiene.
  • Includes accumulator & candling , sanitizer sprayer, brush washing and drying,  and optional printer and manual collection conveyor (or attach with the ZENYER egg grader.
  • Eggs are loaded onto the accumulator by using vacuum egg lifter, or ideally, connect the accumulator with the rod conveyor from chicken shed, eggs from the rod conveyor will flow to the accumulator directly, the accumulator will direct eggs into 3 lines for candling, and then direct 3 lines of eggs into 1 line and transport them to the single row egg washer.
  • A pair of 3-row LED lights were added under the accumulator and you can pick out the cracked, dirty or other unqualified eggs through the LED lights. The LED candling booth equips with a candling cover and a mirror as well as to reinforce the candling result.
  • The sanitizer sprayer sprays sanitizer or detergent (customer provides chemicals) onto eggs automatically for food security purpose.
  • The eggs will be cleaned by brushes with warm water (customer provides), and highly satisfied of egg cleaning requirements.
  • Water on the eggs will be swept off by the brushes, and meanwhile the eggs themselves are dried by the drying system. The drying rate can reach up to 95% , depending on the environment humidity.
  • Has a flexible operation speed with a maximum capacity of 20,000 eggs/hour.
