Designed to connect the chicken shed via a rod conveyor and pack eggs into 5*6 egg tray automatically.
Includes accumulator, head turning, automatic packing,counting,off-pack table and optional egg printer.
The eggs from the chicken shed flow directly into the accumulator through the rod conveyor.
Head turning makes sure the eggs are perfectly orientated with the bigger head (air chamber) on top for longer storage before getting packed.
An optional UV sterilizing which will sanitize the egg shell for maximum food security.
Can operate by one person only, who can load empty trays and collect the loaded egg trays.
Pack eggs into 5*6 tray automatically with capacity of 27,000 eggs/hour
Can provide the different farm packer with the accumulator on the left or on the right hand side for option.
It has a counting function as well, you can check how many eggs have been packed.
It does NOT have a grading function.
