Egg Printers: Egg printing enables shell eggs to be traced from the farm to the table, allowing the expiration date, farm code and any other traceable data can be easily identified.
Plastic egg tray washers: Efficient and affordable plastic egg tray washers for easy tray de-nesting, sanitizing, washing & rinsing, brushing, drying and automatic nesting all in one machine, capacity varies from 400~2,400 trays per hour.
Visual AI crack detectors: Features a contactless design, significantly enhancing food safety and hygiene. It uses near-infrared (NIR) light combined with AI technology and advanced image processing to achieve automatic egg detection. Any eggs with cracked shells, dirt spots, or other defective features are automatically identified and removed from the production line, ensuring that only high-quality eggs are allowed through.
