• Complete Automatic Egg Loading Solution

The Zenyer 615 automatic egg loader includes a stack tray loading conveyor (Conveyor 1), two lifter heads, a single tray conveyor (Conveyor 2), and an empty tray nester, delivering a fully automatic and seamless egg loading process.

• Efficient Tray & Egg Handling

Operators manually place stacks of egg trays (up to 6 trays per stack) onto Conveyor
Lifter Head 1 lifts the entire egg tray and transfers it to Conveyor
Lifter Head 2 then picks up 30 eggs from the tray and loads them directly onto the roller conveyor of the egg grader.

• Automatic Empty Tray Nesting

Once eggs are removed, empty trays are automatically conveyed to the tray nester for neat stacking, greatly saving time and reducing labor.

• Stuck Egg Detection System

A dedicated stuck egg detector is installed on Conveyor 2 to identify any eggs not successfully lifted.If eggs remain on a tray, the system automatically diverts the tray to a separate collection point for manual inspection rather than stacking it — preventing damage or contamination.

• User-Friendly Control System

The system is operated via an intuitive color touchscreen and physical buttons for easy control, quick setup, and real-time diagnostics.It features a self-diagnosis function to rapidly identify and resolve potential faults, minimizing downtime.

• Gentle & Versatile Operation

Designed to safely handle both pulp and plastic egg trays without cracking or damaging eggs.It can be flexibly integrated into new or existing egg grading lines to optimize workflow efficiency.
