ZENYER 615A Automatic Egg Loader – Product Advantages & Core Highlights
The Zenyer 615A automatic egg loader with double head loader, it includes a stack tray loading conveyor (conveyor 1), a rotating plate, 2 double lifter heads (lifter head 1 and lifter head 2), a single tray conveyor (conveyor 2) and an empty tray nester as well.
Efficient Tray & Egg Transfer
Stacks of trays (up to 6 trays per stack) are manually loaded onto Conveyor 1.
Lifter Head 1 lifts two trays at once and transfers them to Conveyor 2.
Lifter Head 2 gently lifts 2 × 30 eggs per cycle and loads them onto the grader roller conveyor, ensuring smooth and gentle handling.
Once the eggs are removed,the empty tray will be transported to the empty tray nester and then be stacked automatically.
There's a stuck egg detector on conveyor 2 to detect if there were any eggs which didn't get sucked by lifter head successfully (leaving egg(s) remaining on the tray). If this occurs on a tray, the tray will not be stacked by 2 tray nesters, but instead, will flow to the end of the conveyor where you can collect it manually.
Operated via a color touchscreen and physical buttons, offering easy access to settings and diagnostics.
