Engineered to connect seamlessly with Farm Packer and Tray Stacker, forming a complete automated end-of-line system.Directly accepts tray stacks from the farm packer conveyor to ensure uninterrupted operation.

• High-Performance Robotic Arm

The robotic arm grasps one stack (six trays) per cycle and positions it accurately on the pallet.Once a full layer is completed, a manual layer divider placement is required before the arm proceeds to the next layer.The cycle repeats until the pallet holds a maximum of five layers of egg trays.
