  • Simple & Intelligent Operation
​Operators only need to place stacked egg trays on the Stack-tray conveyor , the robot automatically completes tray removal and egg transfer.The robotic arm then picks up both the egg tray and the eggs, places the empty tray into the  Empty tray collection conveyor ,and finally deposits the eggs onto the belt conveyor. This completes one full working cycle.
  • Smart Identification

If a tray contains any remaining eggs, it will not be nested automatically and must be collected manually at the end of the conveyor.
