Pour an entire tray or bax of eggs into the water bath, it will then carry the eggs to the entrance of the spinning plater in six feeding lines with the use of a roll-type slope egg feeding device.
The egg white, yolk, and eggshell will flow into separate channels for manual collection.
Washing eggs before breaking is essential to meet food safety ,It can also be attached with the ZENYER 203B egg washer to set up a egg processing line with a capacity of 20,000 eggs/hour.
