The ZENYER 711 Farm Packer is designed to connectdirectly to an egg belt or rod conveyor from chicken house, automatic egg loading and semi-auto packing.
Egg Accumulating: Smoothly collects and arranges eggs coming from the shed.
Orientation: Automatically orients eggs with the larger end (air chamber) facing up, helping to extend storage life and maintain quality.
Semi-auto packing:The operator can manually pick up eggs from the cups using the suction lifter and place them into egg trays.
Packs eggs at a rate of 15,000 eggs per hour, improving productivity and reducing labor requirements.
Equipped with a color touchscreen and physical buttons, allowing operators to easily control machine functions and access system information.
Eggs flow directly from the chicken shed through the rod conveyor into the accumulator, reducing manual handling and streamlining farm operations.
Designed solely for packing – does not include egg grading functionality, making it an ideal solution for farms that only require packing.
