Direct Shed Connection
Designed to connect the chicken shed via a rod conveyor and pack eggs into 5*6 egg tray automatically.
All-in-One Automation
Includes accumulator, head turning, automatic packing and has a counting function as well.
Optimized Egg Orientation
The orientator function ensures every egg is packed with the larger end (air chamber) on top, supporting longer storage and freshness.
Packs eggs into 5*6 trays automatically with a capacity of 15,000~20,000 eggs/hour.
User Control Interface
It has a control panel with color touchscreen and physical buttons as well to allow for easy control of the machine and access to the system.
It does NOT have a grading function.
