Designed to connect to the rod conveyor leading from a chicken shed, the eggs from the chicken shed flow to the accumulator of the farm packer directly.
Includes egg accumulating, head turning, counting, de-nesting and automatic packing functions all in one.
Head turning makes sure the eggs are perfectly orientated with the bigger head (air chamber) on top for longer storage before getting packed.
Packs eggs into 5*6 trays automatically with a capacity of 30,000 eggs/hour.
This model of farm packer equips a de-stacking device which can de-nest empty trays and send them to where the eggs will drop from.
It features a counting function but does NOT have a grading function.
