• Fully Automatic Integrated Washing Process

Includes automatic egg tray de-nesting, sanitizing, washing & rinsing, drying and automatic egg tray nesting functions all in one machine with a capacity of 1200 egg trays/hour.

• High-Efficiency Automatic Tray Handling

Simply place a stack of plastic egg trays into the automatic de-nester, which separates them one by one and sends them along the conveyor.After washing and drying, the trays are automatically nested again at the end of the process, saving labor and time.

• Dual Water Tank System for Enhanced Hygiene

Tank 1: Used for washing and sanitizing. Sanitizer or disinfectant can be added (in compliance with local food safety regulations). Includes a filter to remove impurities and maintain water quality for reuse.
Tank 2: Collects used rinse water from the final rinse stage and drying section. This water is not recycled, ensuring trays are rinsed with clean, fresh city water.

• High-Performance Drying System

Equipped with five drying fans for superior moisture removal—two positioned underneath and three above. A rotating brush in the drying zone eliminates residual surface water, enabling faster and more efficient drying. Water collected during the drying process is channeled to Tank 2 for drainage.

• Intuitive Human-Machine Control Interface

The machine has a control panel with a color touch screen and physical buttons, all the functions can be controlled through the buttons on it.

• Labor-Saving & High-Efficiency Operation

The fully automated denesting and nesting functions significantly reduce manual handling, improving efficiency and throughput for any egg packing facility.
