Loaded 50~60 plastic egg trays per time into cylinder, the trays will be rotated in the cylinder at a high speed, the water on the plastic egg trays will spin off and drain out.
After tray loading, put the cover of cylinder back and lock it, then press the start button, the machine will spin the trays automatically.
It works like a laundry drying machine, you don't need wait there during the spinning time, the machine will stop itself automatically and enter standby after each cycle is finished.
The factory setting for the spinning time is 2 minutes per cycle, so the capacity is about 1000~1200 trays per hour based on this setting. You can adjust the spinning time based on your needs.
The machine has a control panel, all the functions can be controlled through the buttons on the control panel.
