Dual-Channel, High-Capacity Design
This model of tray washer is a 2-operation channel combination, each channel has automatic egg tray de-nesting, sanitizing, washing & rinsing, drying and automatic egg tray nesting functions. Can reach up to a capacity of 2,400 egg trays/hour.
Automatic Tray Handling
Simply place a stack of plastic trays into the automatic denester. The machine separates the trays one by one and moves them through each process via the conveyor.
Dual Water Tank System for Maximum Hygiene
Tank 1: Used for washing and sanitizing. Operators can add sanitizer or disinfectant (in compliance with local food safety regulations). Includes a filter to remove impurities and maintain recycled water quality. Tank 2: Collects used rinse water from the final rinse and drying stages. This water drains away and is not recycled, ensuring trays are always rinsed with fresh city water.
Powerful Drying System
Water on the plastic egg trays will be swept off by brushes, while the remaining water on the tray will be blown off by the drying fan system. Each channel has 3 drying fans that blow from below the trays, and 3 other drying fans that blow from on top of the trays. The machine has 12 drying fans in total. Each channle has a brush at the drying section to remove excess water from the top of the trays for better drying results and efficiency. Water from the drying section will fall into water tank 2.
Automatic Tray Nesting
The washed & dried plastic egg tray will be nested automatically at the end of the machine, which greatly saves your time.
User-Friendly Control Panel
Equipped with a color touchscreen and physical buttons, allowing operators to easily control and monitor all machine functions.
