Ideally, connect the Zenyer 605A accumulator with the 501B egg separator, 30 eggs can be loaded at a time on the accumulator through the Zenyer 602 vacuum egg lifter, when eggs pass through the candler of the accumulator,poor quality eggs can be inspected by LED lights and manually removed. Then the accumulator will direct 6 lines of eggs into 1 line and transfer the eggs onto the single conveyor of the egg separator smoothly, making egg loading more easier and more efficient.
It can be used off-line, or it can be attached to an egg washer for a more productive assembly line with a capacity of 8,000 eggs/hour.
