This model of egg grader is featured with a color touchscreen and PLC control system with self-diagnose function.
Eggs are transported to the candling section. You can check for any cracked, dirty or otherwise unqualified eggs through LED lights by sight, and remove them manually. There is also a candling cover and mirror for better candling results.
The optional UV disinfection sanitizes the egg shell for maximum food security.
Orientation makes sure the eggs are orientated with the bigger head (air chamber) on top for longer storage before getting packed.
Eggs are weighed electronically and graded into 4~7 sizes with an accuracy of within ±1g.
It has a counting function, you can check how many eggs of each grade and total output have been processed.
There are 4 auto-packers shown on the floor plan, you can choose to add more auto packers according to your situation.
Empty cartons/trays needs to be loaded onto the empty tray conveyor manually, the conveyor will transport the cartons/trays to where the eggs will drop from.
The auto packer supports 10, 12, 15, 18, and 30 egg cartons/trays.
Aside from the sizes of eggs that are managed by auto packing, the other grades of eggs will drop off onto the off-grade table, the table can be split into 2~3 sections to accommodate 2~3 egg sizes if needed.
Ideally, pair with the Zenyer 615 automatic egg loader for egg loading, making egg loading easier and more efficient as eggs will be loaded onto the roller of egg grader automatically.
