Features:

  • 2024 Brand new 200A egg washer is on the market, made of strong stainless steel for great durability and hygiene. 
  •  It can satisfy any egg cleaning and drying requirements well, and has a capacity of 3,000 eggs per hour.
  • Includes single roller conveyer, candling, sanitizer sprayer, washing, drying, manual collection table and can also be equipped with an
    optional egg printer, accumulator and vacuum egg lifter. 
  • The sanitizer sprayer sprays sanitizer or detergent (customer provides chemicals) onto eggs automatically for food security purpose
  • The eggs will be cleaned by brushes with warm water (the price doesn't include a water heater, consult our representatives if needed)
  • Water on eggs will be swept off by the drying brushes, and meanwhile the eggs themselves are dried by the drying fan system, the drying rate can reach up to 95-99% , depending on the environment humidity.
  • Only 2 people are required (one for egg loading & candling, another for collecting and packing).
  • Can be operated by one person if the accumulator and vacuum egg lifter are used together with the egg washer.
