  An orientator smoothly directs six rows of eggs into two single rows, feeding them into the dual washing units.

• Automatic Sanitizing
  A proportional doser automatically sprays customer-supplied sanitizer or detergent onto eggs to ensure food safety compliance.

• Thorough Brush Washing
  Eggs are cleaned with rotating brushes and warm water for effective dirt removal (water heater available as an optional accessory).

  Brushes remove excess water, and a dedicated drying system achieves 95%–99% dryness depending on ambient humidity.
