You can put a stack of plastic egg trays into the washing tank manually, up to 120 trays per time, and close the lid, then press start button, the machine will wash the trays automatically.
The machine performs the entire washing and spinning process automatically and switches to standby mode when finished – no need to monitor the process.
Effective Tray Cleaning & Sanitizing
Add sanitizer or disinfectant to the water tank (in compliance with local food authority regulations) to ensure safe and hygienic cleaning.
Trays are rotated at high speed, and water is spun off the trays, falling back into the tank for reuse.
Water Recycling & Filtration System
Water used during washing is filtered and recycled, improving efficiency and reducing water consumption.
The filter above the tank removes impurities to maintain water quality.
Adjustable Cleaning Cycles
Operators can set the washing time as well as spinning time according to how dirty your trays are.
Intuitive Control Interface
