Equipped a colour touchscreen control panel with self-diagnose system and can sort eggs into 4 grades with accuracy ±1g.

Head turning makes sure the eggs are orientated with the bigger head (air chamber) on top for longer storage before getting packed.

auto-packer includes an empty tray transfer conveyor,a drop-set unit and egg tray collection conveyor. Empty trays need to be manually placed in the empty tray conveyor, allowing the conveyor to send the empty trays to where the eggs will drop from. The drop-set unit supports the 10, 12, 15, 18, 30 egg cartons/trays for each fill, and then the egg tray collection conveyor takes the loaded trays/cartons to the end, you can pack the egg trays/cartons in the box from there.
