• Made of stainless steel for better durability, corrosion resistance and hygiene. 

• ZENYER 300A egg processing line is comprised of ZENYER 200A egg washer, 604A accumulator  and 101B egg grader.

• Including single roller conveying, candling, sanitizer sprayer, washing, drying, accumulator, grading & candling and optional egg printer with a capacity of 3,000 eggs/hour.

• Eggs are vacuum lifted and loaded onto the accumulator (with the single roller conveyor) using the 602 vacuum egg lifter and then the accumulator will transport eggs to the single row egg washing machine.

• Only half the regular labour is needed for egg loading if used with the 604AS accumulator and 602 vacuum egg lifter .

• Can be installed either in a straight line, or in a right angle.
