Automatically positions eggs with the larger head (air cell) facing upward, extending shelf life by ensuring optimal orientation before packaging.

Utilizes advanced electronic weighing technology to sort eggs into 4-7 precise weight grades with ±1g accuracy, while providing real-time counting data for each grade and total output.

• Advanced Control System
Features color touchscreen interface with PLC control for intuitive operation, allowing easy adjustment of grading parameters, accuracy calibration, and system monitoring.

• Flexible Auto-Packing System
Supports multiple carton configurations (10, 12, 15, 18, 30 eggs) with manual loading of empty cartons onto the conveyor system. The modular design allows expansion from 3 to 4 auto-packers based on production requirements.
