Built from strong stainless steel for excellent durability, hygiene, and compliance with egg processing safety standards.
Designed to break eggs and separate egg yolks and whites with a maximum capacity of 8,000 eggs per hour, making it ideal for large-scale production environments.
Can be paired with the ZENYER 605AS Accumulator and 602 Vacuum Egg Lifter to load 30 eggs at a time.
The accumulator automatically merges 6 lines of eggs into a single line before transferring them to the egg separator conveyor, significantly improving efficiency and reducing manual labor.
The 605AS Accumulator includes a candling booth with LED lights, cover, and mirror to allow operators to manually remove cracked, dirty, or otherwise unqualified eggs before processing.
Can be used as a standalone offline machine.
It can be used off-line, or it can be attached to an egg washer for a more productive assembly line with a capacity of 8,000 eggs/hour.
