Features:

  • Made of strong stainless steel for great durability and hygiene.
  • Includes accumulator & candling booth, sanitizer sprayer, brush washing and drying, grading & counting, manual collection conveyor all in one machine.
  • Ideally, connect the accumulator with the rod conveyor from chicken shed, eggs from the rod conveyor will flow to the accumulator directly.
  • The 203A egg washer is equipped a free standing control panel, and the 106 egg grader has a color touchscreen control panel, they are interlock controlled with each other for safety reasons.

    • Equipped a color touchscreen PLC and self-diagnose grading system and can sort eggs into 3-6 grades with accuracy ±1g.

  • Graded eggs will be placed onto the manual collection conveyor,you can collect the eggs from there and pack them into egg cartons/trays manually. The conveyor can be split into two sections to accumulate two egg sizes if needed.
