ZENYER 303AS egg washing & grading line consists of the  Zenyer 203A egg washer main machine and 106A egg grader, with a processing capacity of 20,000 eggs per hour.

Integrates accumulator & candling booth, sanitizer spray, brush washing, drying, grading, counting and manual collection in one continuous line.

• Efficient Automatic Egg loading

The accumulator can be directly connected to the rod conveyor from the chicken house, enabling automatic and continuous egg loading.

• Intelligent & Safe Operation

The 203A egg washer features a free-standing control panel.The 106A egg grader is equipped with a color touchscreen control panel.Both units are interlockcontrolled for safe and stable operation.

• High-Precision Grading System

Featuring a color touchscreen PLC and self-diagnosis system, the machine accurately sorts eggs into 3–6 grades with a precision of ±1g.

• Convenient Manual Collection

Graded eggs will be placed onto the manual collection conveyor,you can collect the eggs from there and pack them into egg cartons/trays manually. The conveyor can be split into two sections to accumulate two egg sizes if needed.
