The 204A egg washer is equipped with a free-standing control panel, and the 109 egg grader features a color touchscreen control panel. Both units are interlockcontrolled for safe and reliable operation.

Can be connected to a rod conveyor from the chicken shed or the Zenyer 615 automatic egg loader, greatly improving loading efficiency.
  • Excellent Cleaning & Drying Performance
This egg washer fully satisfies all egg cleaning and drying requirements with outstanding results.

  • Versatile Auto-Packing System

Auto-packers support 10, 12, 15, 18, and 30-egg cartons/trays.
Comes with 4 auto-packers (with the option to add more as required).
Each auto-packer handles one egg size, while the manual collection table can pack two to three sizes simultaneously for maximum flexibility.
