Clear & Simple Operation Panel
The 202A egg washer main machine is equipped a free standing control panel, and the 104AP egg grader main machine has a color
touchscreen control panel, they are interlock controlled with each other for safety reasons.

Enhanced Candling Inspection
The Zenyer 605AS accumulator has a candling booth, you can check for cracked, dirty or otherwise unqualified eggs through the
lights by sight, and manually take them out, a candling cover and a mirror for better candling results.

This model of egg washer satisfied the egg cleaning and drying requirements very well.

auto-packers and 1 manual packing lane
Adopts two-step drop-set packing for precise egg positioning. Compatible with common packaging formats: 30-egg trays, 10-egg (2×5) cartons and 12-egg (2×6 / 2×2×3) cartons to satisfy varied market requirements.
The manual packing lane can pack up to
2 egg sizes simultaneously,
providing additional flexibility.

Ultra-Violet disinfection system sanitizes eggshells for maximum food security.
