Efficient & Flexible Operation
The
202A Egg Washer features a
free-standing control panel.
The
104B Egg Grader is equipped with a
color touchscreen control panel for setting grading specifications and monitoring output.
Both are
interlock-controlled for safe and synchronized operation.

Enhanced Candling Inspection
The Zenyer 605A accumulator has a candling booth on it, you can check for any cracked, dirty or otherwise unqualified eggs through the LED light by eyes, and manually take them out. There is a also a candling cover and a mirror for better candling results.

Accurate Grading with Manual Collection
The
104B Egg Grader sorts eggs into
6 sizes with an accuracy of
±1 gram. Graded eggs flow to a
manual collection table, where operators can gather eggs from each channel and pack them into trays or cartons.

Remote Monitoring & Diagnostics (Wi-Fi Ready PLC Control System)
Supplied with a Wi-Fi repeater, enabling remote monitoring and diagnostics via the internet.
