Features:

• Made of stainless steel for better durability, corrosion resistance and hygiene. 

• ZENYER 302AS egg processing line is comprised of  the 605AS accumulator, the 202A egg washer main machine, the 104B egg grader main machine  with a capacity of 10,000 eggs/hour.

• Includes egg accumulator & candling, sanitizer sprayer, washing, drying,  grading & counting, manual collection functions, and optional 602 vacuum egg lifter , 401H egg printer and UV sterilizing.

• The Zenyer 605AS accumulator has a candling booth on it, you can check for any cracked, dirty or otherwise unqualified eggs through the LED light by eyes, and manually take them out. There is a also a candling cover and a mirror for better candling results.

• The 202A egg washer main machine is equipped with a free standing control panel, and the 104B egg grader main machine has a color touchscreen control panel. They are interlock controlled with each other for safety reasons.

• This model of egg washer can satisfy any egg cleaning and drying requirements very well.

• This model of egg grader sorts 6 sizes of eggs with an accuracy of within ±1 gram.

•  It has a manual collection table. The graded eggs flow to the different channels on the table where you collect the eggs from there and pack them into egg trays/cartons manually.

•  Can be connected to a rod conveyor connecting to a chicken shed.
