Features:

• Made of stainless steel for better durability, corrosion resistance and hygiene. 

• ZENYER 301A egg washing grading line is comprised of ZENYER 201A egg washer, 604A accumulator and the 102B egg grader.

• Including a single row feeding roller, sanitizer sprayer, washing, drying, accumulating, candling & grading and optional 604AS accumulator, 602 vacuum egg lifter and 401H egg printer with a capacity of 5,000 eggs/hour.

• Eggs are vacuum lifted and loaded onto the 604AS accumulator by using the 602 vacuum egg lifter and then the accumulator will transport eggs to the single row egg washing system.

• Only half the regular labor is needed for egg loading if used with the accumulator and vacuum egg lifter.

• Can be installed either in a straight line, or at a right/left hand angle depending on the customer's preferences.
