The ZENYER 102BS is a pre-assembled and efficient solution, integrating the 102B egg grader with the 604A accumulator. Crafted from high-quality stainless steel, it delivers superior durability and upholds strict hygiene standards for modern egg processing facilities.

    Classifies eggs into 5 weight grades with ±1 gram accuracy and a capacity of 5,400 eggs/hour.  Ensuring precise categorization for optimized packaging and market distribution.

  • Advanced Quality control (Candling)
    An integrated candling booth, featuring bright LED lights, a protective cover, and an inspection mirror, allows operators to clearly identify and manually remove cracked, dirty, or defective eggs, guaranteeing that only top-quality products proceed to grading and packaging.

  • Automated Three-Lane Infeed
    The built-in accumulator automatically receives eggs and evenly distributes them into three lanes, ensuring a smooth and continuous supply to the grader's feeding roller for uninterrupted, high-volume operation.

  • Flexible Layout Options
    Designed to adapt to your layout, the system is available in models with left or right-side infeed. It can be optionally enhanced with the 602 vacuum egg lifter and the 403H egg printer for extended functionality.

  • Seamless System Integration
    The unit is engineered to combine seamlessly with the ZENYER 201A egg washer, forming the complete ZENYER 301A egg washing grading line with a total capacity of 5,000 eggs per hour.
