• Made of stainless steel for better durability, corrosion resistance and hygiene. 

• ZENYER 302A egg processing line is comprised of the 605A accumulator, 202A egg washer main machine and the 104A egg grader main machine with a capacity of 10,000 eggs/hour.

• Includes egg accumulator & candling, sanitizer sprayer, brush washing and drying, head turning, egg grading & counting, auto-packer and manual packing functions, and optional the 602 vacuum egg lifter ,  401H egg printer  and UV sterilization.

• The 202A egg washer main machine is equipped a free standing control panel, and the 104A egg grader main machine has a color touchscreen control panel, they are interlock controlled with each other for safety reasons.

• The Zenyer 605A accumulator has a canlding booth, you can check for cracked, dirty or otherwise unqualified eggs through the lights by sight, and manually take them out, a candling cover and a mirror for better candling results. 

• This model of egg washer satisfied the egg cleaning and drying requirements very well.

• The auto-packer supports the 10, 12, 15, 18, 30 egg cartons/trays.

• One auto-packer can pack only one size,  the manual packing lane can pack a maximum of 2 sizes.
