Line Configuration & Output Capacity
ZENYER 303A egg washing grading line consist of the Zenyer 203A egg washer main machine and Zenyer 107 egg grader main machine and has a capacity of 20,000 eggs/hour.
All-in-One Integrated Solution
Includes the egg accumulating, candling, sanitizer sprayer, brush washing and drying, orientation, egg grading & counting, auto-packing and manual packing functions.

User-Friendly Control & Safety
The 203A egg washer is equipped a free standing control panel, and the 107 egg grader has a color touchscreen control panel, they are interlock controlled with each other for safety reasons.
Flexible Egg Loading Options
Can connect directly to a rod conveyor from the chicken shed or pair with the ZENYER 615 Automatic Egg Loader, streamlining egg loading and reducing manual labor.
Advanced Packing Options
The auto-packer supports 10, 12, 15, 18, and 30 egg cartons/trays.One auto-packer can pack only one size, the manual packing lane can pack a maximum of 2 sizes.
